Maharashtra Traders – Terms & Conditions, Shipping, Refund/Return, Warranty Policy
At Maharashtra Traders, we believe in transparent policies to ensure smooth transactions. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order & Payment
Orders are processed only after full payment or confirmed advance.
Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Transportation/courier charges are extra and charged as per actuals.
Free shipping is not provided unless specifically mentioned in an offer.
3. GST & Taxes
GST will be charged extra as per applicable government rates.
Any other applicable taxes will be borne by the buyer.
4. Damage in Transit
Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless insurance is requested in writing before dispatch (charges extra).
Any transit damage will be the consignee’s responsibility. No claims will be entertained after delivery.
5. Product Images & Variations
Product images are for representation purposes only.
Actual items may vary in design, specifications, or color due to manufacturing updates or supplier changes.
6. Demonstration & Verification
Purchase is not contingent upon a product demonstration.
Buyers are responsible for verifying product suitability, specifications, and features before purchase.
No on-site demonstration or trial will be provided after purchase.
7. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
No Refund, No Return, No Exchange once the product is sold, except in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed by us.
Any manufacturing defect claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase for any return consideration.
Shipping charges for returns, if approved, will be borne by the buyer.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for wrong product selection, size, or specifications chosen by the buyer.
8. Warranty Terms
Warranty is provided only if mentioned in the product description or invoice.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear & tear, misuse, damage due to negligence, or unauthorised repairs.
The buyer must arrange and bear shipping costs for sending the product to our service location for warranty claims.
Warranty service may be repair, replacement, or spare part supply — at our discretion.
Warranty becomes void if:
Product is physically damaged
Product is modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
Serial number or warranty seal is tampered
Warranty terms of the manufacturer (if applicable) will prevail over our store warranty.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
